Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.Skin Health Policy
For the safety and wellbeing of all clients, we are unable to provide services to individuals with active skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, open sores, infections, or other visible skin issues in the treatment area. If you are experiencing any of these conditions, please wait until they have fully healed before scheduling or attending your appointment.Professional Boundaries Policy
Respectful Conduct:
This is a professional therapeutic environment. Any behavior, gestures, or language that is sexual in nature will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to permanent discontinuation of services.
Physiological Responses:
It is not uncommon for clients to experience involuntary physiological responses during a session. If this occurs without inappropriate behavior or intent, it is understood as a normal, non-sexual response. The therapist will continue to maintain a professional approach and redirect treatment as needed.
Inappropriate Behavior:
Should a client display overtly inappropriate behavior or make suggestive comments or actions, the therapist will end the session immediately. Full payment will still be required for the scheduled time.
